1. Scope and agreement
These additional terms apply to the Flowtropolis early-access programme when we invite you to participate and you accept them. They supplement our Terms of Use for the access and features identified in your invitation. Receiving an invitation alone does not mean you have accepted either agreement.
The Terms of Use continue to govern accounts, software licensing, acceptable use, content ownership, privacy, liability, and disputes. These additional terms take precedence only where they expressly describe a different arrangement for early access. A separate signed customer agreement takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms, and a data processing agreement governs the processing it covers. You can save or print both sets of terms for your records.
2. Access and charges
Early access is free and available by invitation. Your invitation or account information identifies the features, usage limits, and any included AI credits available to you. An invitation does not promise access to every feature or to future releases. The account and age eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use also apply to testers.
Early access does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Any paid subscription, additional credits, or other paid service requires a separate order that you expressly accept. Those purchases are governed by their purchase terms and the Terms of Use. Ending the early-access programme does not itself cancel a separate paid order or cause purchased AI credits to expire.
Invitations are intended for the named recipient or authorised organisation users. Do not share account credentials or transfer access to others. Contact us if you would like to invite another tester.
3. Testing and changes
Early-access features are under development. They may contain errors, become unavailable, or change as we learn from testing. Compatibility, performance, and saved work may be affected by updates or faults. A feature may be changed or removed rather than released generally. We do not promise a release date or a particular future feature.
Keep separate copies of important source files and work. Use early access for evaluation and avoid relying on it as the sole store of important information or for safety-critical work. Follow the XR safety guidance in the Terms of Use and your device instructions.
We provide support through the contact address above, without a guaranteed response time or service level unless separately agreed. We will give reasonable advance notice of planned changes that materially affect your use, including any planned reset of test content, and provide an opportunity to retrieve affected content. Unexpected faults may still cause interruption or data loss. These statements do not remove our responsibilities or your mandatory rights.
4. Content and privacy
You or your licensors retain your rights in uploaded and created content. The limited permission to process it in the Terms of Use applies during early access as well. Upload only material you are authorised to provide, and use sample or non-sensitive material where possible. Check your organisation's requirements before using its confidential information or other people's personal data.
Our Privacy Policy describes account data, product analytics, diagnostics, XR features, and processing by external AI providers. Accepting these additional terms is not consent to optional data processing. Any consent required for a particular use will be requested separately. Participation does not authorise us to publish your projects, name, logo, or a testimonial as marketing.
5. Feedback and confidentiality
Feedback is voluntary. If you send suggestions or bug reports, you allow us to use, reproduce, and adapt that feedback to develop and improve our products and services, without payment or an obligation to implement it. This permission continues after early access ends. It does not transfer ownership of your projects or give us broader rights to attachments, personal data, or third-party material included in a report. Only share feedback you are authorised to provide.
These additional terms do not impose a non-disclosure agreement. You may discuss your own experience, while respecting other people's privacy, intellectual property, and confidential information. Any separate confidentiality agreement you have signed continues to apply.
6. Ending early access
You can leave the programme at any time by contacting support. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a planned end to your early access or the programme, including any transition to a generally available service. The notice will explain available options; continued paid access requires a separate accepted order.
The proportionate suspension and termination provisions in the Terms of Use also apply, including immediate action where necessary for a security or safety risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. The planned-closure notice does not prevent that action.
If your access ends, you or an authorised organisation administrator can request retrieval of content you are entitled to receive by contacting support within 30 days. The Terms of Use describe the retrieval arrangements, retention during that window, and treatment of timely requests. Longer statutory rights and any data processing agreement remain unaffected. Personal data and backups are handled under the Privacy Policy. Leaving early access does not itself request deletion of all your personal data or your organisation's content.
7. Responsibility and rights
The responsibility and liability provisions of the Terms of Use apply. These additional terms do not introduce a separate liability cap or exclusion. Describing the service as early access or providing it free of charge does not waive mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Contact and updates
Send questions, feedback, or requests to leave the programme to support@flowtropolis.com. Flowtropolis AB is located at Bällstavägen 66, 186 50 Vallentuna, Sweden.
We will notify affected testers of proposed material changes to these additional terms and explain when they would take effect. We will seek acceptance where required by law or the agreement. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted paid order. The Terms of Use govern applicable law and dispute resolution.
